General Community Policies — The Law of the Land

Foundational rules that govern all interactions in Little Creek

⚖️ Final Say of the Law (Staff Authority)

All Government (Staff) decisions are final regarding rule breaks or interpretations.

🎮 Fair Play Only

Use of macros, cheat software, external keyboard commands, or any tool that enhances gameplay unfairly will result in a permanent ban and a report to CFX.

🔞 Age Requirement

You must be 18 years or older to join Little Creek County.

🤝 Respect Above All Else

Sexism, racism, homophobia, or any discriminatory speech or activity is strictly prohibited and may result in a permanent ban without appeal.

✅ Consent in Roleplay

No forced RP or situations (IC or OOC) that make another player uncomfortable. Roleplay of a sexual nature must be fully agreed upon by all involved parties.

💰 Lost Items & Robbery

Lost or stolen items and money will not be reimbursed.

🌐 Language

English is the primary language of Little Creek. You must be able to communicate in English through voice or text.

🔐 Account Integrity

Shared Steam, CFX, or RedM accounts are not permitted.

⏰ Inactivity

Characters inactive for 45 days will be deleted. No refunds for lost items.

💬 Skybox Text Chat

Reserved solely for Law, Doctors, and Staff.

🤫 Confidentiality

Staff discussions, tickets, and punishments are not to be shared in any medium.

👤 Character Appearance

Using the default skin will result in a 2-hour temporary ban. Continued violations will increase punishment. This is a serious roleplay server — take pride in your character's appearance.

💬 Information Usage

Any information not listed in IC or Job channels (Police, Doctor, etc.) is Out of Character (OOC) and cannot be used IC.

👤 Profile Names

Your Discord profile name must match one of your characters, or your intended character.

📞 Staff Communication

Do not DM staff privately. Use official channels.

⚖️ Rule Enforcement

Activity in Discord is subject to the same rules and punishments as in-game.

Roleplay Guidelines — Staying True to Your Character

Principles for immersive and authentic roleplay experiences

🎭 Character Authenticity

Always stay in character. Avoid modern slang or concepts out of era.

🌄 Immersive Actions

Immerse yourself: live your RP life as realistically as possible. Small actions matter:

Walk instead of running unless necessary.
Interact with your surroundings (e.g., "/me stuffs coat in saddlebag").
Avoid AFK in public areas; hide or go indoors when idle.
Do not break immersion: avoid logging out in plain sight, changing skins publicly, or removing wagons/horses in view.

🧠 Character Knowledge

Your character only knows what they learn IC. Out-of-game knowledge cannot influence IC actions.

🤔 Realistic Actions

Only do what makes sense IRL — avoid reckless or illogical actions.

🔫 Gunplay as Last Resort

Shooting is a last resort; gunplay over RP is a fail.

🏥 Realistic Injuries

Treat injuries realistically: downed characters cannot instantly recover.

Losses in RP are part of the story; adapt and continue your journey.

Guidelines for character creation and initial roleplay

👤 Character Creation

Must be 18+ unless approved by staff.
No historical figures, media references, or meme/troll names.
Faces and appearances must be realistic.
Only medical staff may wear majority/all white, sashes, or glowbags.

🚫 Prohibited Roleplay

Serial Killer/Assassin
Pregnancy
Rape
Suicide
Supernatural (unless part of Native RP and approved by staff)
Torture/Corpse mutilation (all parties must consent)
Slavery

🧠 Mindsharing

Characters must have separate storylines, affiliations, and bloodlines.
Alt characters cannot share last names or plots.

🚫 Metagaming & Powergaming

IC knowledge from streams, Discord, or external sources is prohibited.
Exploiting mechanics to force a win is prohibited.

Combat & Crime — Riding the Range

Rules governing conflict, crime, and consequences

💻 Combat Logging

Combat logging while downed, in active scenes, or being pursued is a bannable offense.

🎒 Robbery Limits

The maximum amount of items that can be taken when robbing someone is 5. Weapons may not be taken.

🪢 Hogtying

You must allow prisoners to escape or verbally loosen binds.

🪢 Lasso/Rope Usage

Lassos/ropes may only be used close-range; law may use exceptions during horse chases with hostages.

🔄 Reengagement

60-minute cooldown after a scene. Civs/crims cannot return immediately; law/medical on-duty is exempt.

⏰ Crime Cooldowns

Leave the area or town for 30 minutes after committing a crime.

🔫 Gunplay Priority

Gunplay is secondary to RP; bodies must be treated realistically.

🏥 Medical/Doctor RP

Doctors may only respond out of town with double charges.
Medical staff cannot be robbed/killed/kidnapped unless aggressive.

💀 New Life Rules

Player medic revival: retain memory up to being downed.
NPC revival: forget 30 minutes prior.
Forced respawn: forget 60 minutes prior.
AFK during medical treatment is FailRP.

🔫 Criminal Rules

Log out restrictions: 30 minutes after a crime.
Blackmarket transactions restricted during storm timer.
Kidnapping: max 45 minutes, 60-minute cooldown for subsequent kidnaps.
Robbery rules: cooldowns, area restrictions, no outsider shooters.
Hideout raids: follow rules for inventory, alerts, and property defense.
Fast travel restricted post-crime.

Real Estate & Businesses — Your Claim in Little Creek

Rules for property ownership and business operations

🏠 Property Compliance

All properties must follow in-game business and real estate channels.

⚖️ In-Character Consequences

First crime: doors locked 5 days, $5,000 fine.
Second offense: entire contents and ledger seized.
Third offense: property fully seized by the government.

📜 Legal Items & Perma Death

Perma deaths must be submitted via ticket.
Items/money cannot be passed to other players without a filed will.
Name changes require approval through the DOJ.
